Focus on the process of learning

It is important within your reflections to focus on the process of learning, not just what you did.

Yes, context is important to allow other people to understand the setting in which you developed, but spending too much time describing what happened will prevent you from giving attention to how you developed.

Also, when thinking about how you developed, make sure you don’t only think about what worked well but also think about what didn’t work so well - often it’s from our ‘failures’ and setbacks that we learn the most!
